When will I get my order?

It typically takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped. Delivery times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.


Where will my order ship from?

We collaborate with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities located worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure faster shipping whenever possible.


Will I be charged customs for my order?

Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not within our control. Policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for details on duties and taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Incorrect delivery address

If you made an error in the delivery address, we’d be happy to send a replacement order. However, shipping costs for the replacement will be at your expense.
