What’s your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at ✉︎. We’re here to help!


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.

If either of these applies, please contact us with the following:

  1. Photos of the wrong or damaged items.
  2. Your order number.

Once we receive this information, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. To ensure you select the right size, please refer to the sizing charts provided in the product description of each item.

If you suspect that an item was mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the mislabeled item.

We’ll either send you the correct item or issue a refund.


I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
